• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends, and you must cease all use of the Service. Sections 6-14 will survive termination.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• No Liability: LearnCatch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
